Roasted Garlic in the oven is simple and makes a wonderful spread on warm sourdough bread, added in Greek yogurt as a dip, mixed in with mashed potatoes and served with any dish, really, if you are a garlic lover.

And for those who are sensitive to garlic, baking it makes it easier on the tummy.

Though, cooking garlic loses some of it’s health benefits so adding a little raw daily too in salad dressing, dips etc…is a great way to get around that for those who are not sensitive to eating raw garlic.

Enjoy making this simple Roasted Garlic!

Roasted Garlic

Roasted garlic is easy to do and something everyone should learn how to make. The cloves just slip out and can be added to any dish or spread. From mashed potatoes, homemade burgers or enjoyed on a nice crusty sourdough baguette.
