We can solve many of our health concerns right in our very own kitchen by getting back to our roots of eating more in tune with our body and nature. And creating simple, delicious meals that restore gut health and heal us one bite at a time! Too busy? No problem! I have meal plans to fit all walks of life.

“Everyone has a defining moment –a moment that changes things for them forever. For me it all began with a picture taken of my backside last summer at Storybrook Gardens! At 5 ft 5 inches, I’ve never considered myself to be fat, but when I saw that picture, I knew I needed to do something….
So, I invested in a treadmill. I learned how to run and would work out an average of 3 times a week. Imagine the disappointment, when even after 8 months of running, the scale still said 155 pounds. I hadn’t lost a single pound! Needless to say, frustration set in and I knew I needed to do something…
Sooo, I invested in Mary and her 8 Week Body Wise & Wellness program (now Finding Your Way program). You could say she reminded me that I needed to learn how to crawl before I could run. She taught me the basics of food; why my body was reacting to certain foods; what daily foods were required to make up a healthy diet for my lifestyle;how foods work in conjunction with exercise; among many other things. I have never been one to shy away from hard work, so I was prepared to give it all I had. I’m please to say that it wasn’t hard at all–in fact I was amazed at how simple the whole process has been.
Three months after Mary entered my life–I have lost 25 pounds and over 28 inches! I have gone from a size 13 to a size 6!
