Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Pineapple frozen
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/3 cup Full-fat coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed grounded
  • 1 tbsp Raw almonds
  • 1 tsp Honey, raw optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Serve

Need more protein?
Add 1 serving of your favourite all natural protein powder ( less if using goat/cow yogurt) or 2 tbsp of hemp hearts for a great vegetarian option.
