Pineapple Berry Smoothie
Try this refreshing smoothie for an easy on-the-go snack. Turn it into a meal by adding your favourite protein powder.
Equipment
- Blender
- Measuring cups
- measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Pineapple frozen
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/3 cup Full-fat coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup Frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed grounded
- 1 tbsp Raw almonds
- 1 tsp Honey, raw optional
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Serve
