Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Natural protein powder of choice cleanly sourced
  • 1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Spinach or greens of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Kefir Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed grounded

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Want to add even more high energy foods to this shake?
Reach for avocadoes, few goji berries and definitely add the banana.
