High Energy Breakfast Shake
If you prefer a smoothie texture, add 1/2 banana:-)
Equipment
- Blender
- Measuring cups
- measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Natural protein powder of choice cleanly sourced
- 1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries frozen or fresh
- 1 cup Spinach or greens of your choice
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Kefir Milk
- 1 Tbsp Flaxseed grounded
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Want to add even more high energy foods to this shake?
Reach for avocadoes, few goji berries and definitely add the banana.
