Equipment

  • 1 Grater
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 Chef knife
  • 1 Parchment paper optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Hummus Commercial (seasoned Mashed Chickpeas) Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cucumber Raw
  • 1 medium Carrot Raw
  • 1/2 Yellow Summer Squash Raw
  • 3 Tomato Red, Ripe, Raw, Whole
  • 1 cup Butterhead Lettuce Raw (boston, Bibb)
  • 1/2 Zucchini Raw with skin
  • 2 Chicken breasts Boneless, Meat, Roasted or Grilled
  • 4 Tortilla Soft, Whole grain, Spinach (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Slice each tomato into 4 pieces.
  • Slice roasted or grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast in thin slices and divide in 4.
  • Chop zucchini and yellow summer squash.
  • Grate carrot and thinly slice cucumber.
  • Place 1/4 of each ingredient on each of 4 tortillas. Wrap. These can then be wrapped with parchment paper for easy transport.
