Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Whole milk, pasture raised preferably organic or almond milk or coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed grounded
  • 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 1 Orange peeled and sections (remove any seeds)
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries frozen
  • 1 tsp Honey, raw optional
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 tsp Raw cacao powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Serve.

Notes

Make it dairy free
Swap out the whole milk for an unsweetened milk alternative of your choice. And if protein is needed, swap out the cacao powder for chocolate protein powder.
