Equipment

  • Grater
  • measuring spoons
  • Small glass mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Carrot preferably organic
  • 1 tsp Raw apple cider vinegar or raw coconut
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Honey raw, optional
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash carrot well. Do not peel! Grate lengthwise with grater.
  • Add oil, vinegar and salt.
  • Mix and enjoy!

Notes

If you’re sensitive to beta carotene (i.e. your hands turn orange), rinse the shredded carrot till water runs clear before adding salt and dressing.
Extra flavour? Try mixing in a grated or sliced apple!
