  • 1/4 Sweet potato peeled & diced (can be raw or lightly steamed)
  • 1 Carrot cut in pieces
  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup Whole milk, pasture raised (preferably organic) or coconut milk
  • Lime
  • 1 tsp Pure maple syrup pure
  • 1/4 cup Sauerkraut

Instructions
