- 1 1/3 cups Oats rolled
- 1/2 cup Sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup Hemp hearts
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt organic meadows is a great brand
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Unsweetened, carrageenan free
- 1 Apple medium, grated
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, flax seeds, hemp hearts, and cinnamon.
Stir in the almond milk, yogurt, and grated apple with lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and let soak in the fridge overnight.
Divide into bowls or jars in the morning, and enjoy!

The dry muesli mix can be scaled up and stored in a jar in your cupboard/fridge for up to 2 months.

Serve a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.
