Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the hazelnuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, chia seeds, coconut oil, oats or quinoa flakes, maple syrup, sea salt and cinnamon together in a bowl.
Transfer the ingredients to a baking sheet and spread. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir at the 15-minute mark.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a bowl
Add the apricots and mix well.
Let cool and store in air tight glass container.

Enjoy with a clean milk of your choice and fresh raspberries or another fruit.Also makes a great dry snack or a topping on yogurt.
