Greek Yogurt and Herb Dip is a gut friendly, all natural creamy clean dip that's easy to put together in minutes. It delivers a nice flavourful tangy taste and pairs well with raw veggies, fish, poultry and lamb.

  • Measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain with live culture
  • 1 tsp Raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves minced
  • Herbamare dash (health section of your grocery store)
  • 1/2 Green onion cut with kitchen scissors
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • Dash of Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together except paprika,and mix well.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top and enjoy.

Notes

Serve with fish, chicken, steamed vegetables, use in wraps or with raw vegetables.
Try adding Dijon mustard to taste instead of vinegar as a variation.
Don't have fresh garlic on hand? Use garlic powder 
Other herb variations; swap out paprika for dill, parsley for cilantro or basil.
Want it more tzatziki style? Add fresh lemon, little dill and thinly sliced cucumbers.
What's Herbamare? It's a herbed sea salt infused with organic herbs and veggies with less sodium than table salt.  You can easily use sea salt instead if you don't have this on hand.
