Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Berries of your choice
  • 1 cup Kefir milk
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp Hemp hearts

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry fresh berries of your choice
  • Add berries and sliced almonds to a bowl.
  • Pour the creamy kefir milk over the berries and nuts.
  • Top with Hemp hearts.
  • Enjoy!
