Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetend Coconut milk canned, BPA-free
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Water filtered
  • 1 Lime freshly sqeezed
  • 1 tsp Honey, raw
  • 1 tbsp Raw macadamia nuts
  • 1 scoop Natural protein powder of choice clean, unsweetened

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Serve.

Notes

Don't have protein powder? Add 2 tbsps of hemp hearts.
