My Finding Your Way program is designed to empower you with both a clear road map and the motivating coaching you need to succeed. As a registered holistic nutritionist, gut guru and mindful eating coach, I will focus on gently nourishing you as a whole person. Learning to balance the whole body, mind and soul should be an integral part of your gut health and lifestyle goals. Here we will focus together on nourishing ALL of you!
In order for general well-being to be sustainable, it has to be about YOU! Finding foods that you love, digest and absorb, along with the right movement (a regimen that you really enjoy doing) to help nourish your gut health is key to sustaining your overall health, energy and body love—not through some fad or very-low-calorie diet!
To make peace with your plate and your body, your gut health and eating behaviour must change permanently. If you are in a good place for change, then this program is for you! My Finding Your Way program requires embracing some new behavour habits. And I will be right there with you to support you one new habit at a time. I will introduce you to a variety of wellness tools, including mindful eating. Always, though, with the intention of finding the right tools that resonate with you and your lifestyle. I will meet you where you are at, and together we will tailor this program to fit into your life; not the other way around. I promise!
This extensive 6 month, one-on-one nutritional program includes:
- 60-minute private initial consultation, by phone or virtual.
- Wellness and lifestyle assessment to help create a road map to make sure you achieve your goals based on your values and enjoy the journey.
- Making Peace with Your Plate and Body guidebook – emphasizing on the “Big Picture Plan” so that YOU can create the body and life you love.
- We create strategies to overcome any obstacles and challenges in your way. And we do that by addressing one change at a time with the mindset of progression—not perfection!
- Being taught practical tools for dealing with binge eating, overeating and eating mindlessly.
- Identify your triggers that lead to mindless eating, including binge eating etc..
- Discover why restricting food and dieting does not work and can make things worse, including cravings!
- Gentle nutrition guidelines and self-nurturing practices to help and meet your body’s energy needs better.
- Easy, delicious recipes based on your food preferences (one pot dishes, under 30 minutes etc…).
- Suggested Daily Routine – one you can modify so it evolves as you do.
- Results Tracker chart to help you recognize the changes that are happening as you go through the program.
- Eleven 45-minute biweekly follow-up visits by phone, or virtual to educate, monitor your progress and keep you motivated!
- Unlimited email/text support between sessions to further support you.
