Service Description
After you have had your initial consultation or finished a natural nutrition program, you may book this appointment to check in with me as needed or recommended. Booking a 45-minute follow-up is a good idea for your second appointment, or if it has been a while. Otherwise, booking this 30-minute follow-up should be all you need.
The purpose of these sessions are to review your plan and/or further educate and monitor your progress related to both your immediate health concerns & big-picture planning. New goals will be established that include email recap of session, small action steps, applicable handouts, while providing further motivation to stay on track to reach your goals. Also includes email support between sessions.
