- Blender

Ingredients
- 1 Orange freshly squeezed juice plus pulp
- 1 Carrot cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup Water filtered
- 1/4 cup Sauerkraut (start with 1-2 tbsp if new to fermented foods)
- 1 tsp Pure maple syrup pure, optional
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 scoop Natural protein powder of choice of your choice, CLEAN - No artificial additives, sugars or colours
- 1/2 cup Ice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Serve.
- Tip: If you do not have ice and a chilled smoothie, is desired, prepare the carrot ahead of time and freeze
